Trainings for Educators
Educators, Administrators and Support Staff

PreK-2 Early Foundations
Build strong foundations for learning by understanding what young children need beneath their behavior. This training series equips PreK–2 educators with practical, developmentally appropriate strategies to strengthen safety, connection, co-regulation, and emotional regulation while responding effectively to challenging behaviors. Educators leave with tools they can immediately apply to create calmer, more predictable learning environments where young children can thrive.
3-5 Skill Building and Growing Independence
Support students as they move from co-regulation toward greater independence and self-management. This training series equips grades 3–5 educators with practical strategies to recognize behavior patterns, respond effectively to escalation, strengthen emotional awareness and peer relationships, and build regulation and problem-solving skills. The focus shifts from simply helping students regulate to teaching the skills they need to increasingly regulate, connect, and problem-solve on their own.

6-8 Identity, Emotion and Escalation
Support students through the complex middle school years, when identity, emotions, peer relationships, and the need for independence become increasingly important. This training series helps grades 6–8 educators understand what may be driving behavior while providing practical strategies for navigating power struggles, emotional escalation, peer conflict, shutdown, and disengagement. Educators learn to balance structure and support with students’ growing need for autonomy, strengthening regulation, connection, and engagement.
9-12 Identity, Stress and Future Readiness
Prepare adolescents to navigate the increasing demands of high school while building the skills they need for life beyond the classroom. This training series helps grades 9–12 educators understand how stress, identity, relationships, academic expectations, family and peer pressures, and increasing independence can influence behavior, motivation, and engagement. Educators gain practical strategies to help students navigate greater autonomy and responsibility while balancing the expectations of school, family, friendships, and their future, strengthening resilience, healthy coping, self-advocacy, and future readiness.

Leading with Data, Systems and Compassion
Strong schools require more than strong individual practices... they require intentional systems and sustainable leadership. This training series equips administrators with practical strategies to use data effectively, strengthen staff capacity, build collaborative systems of support, and move from reactive responses toward proactive, student-centered practices. Leaders learn to support the people who support students, strengthen school culture, address barriers to success, and create sustainable systems where students, staff, and communities can thrive.
